FPGA team lead
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on FPGA team lead to guide a multidisciplinary group in the development of advanced Embedded hardware systems.
This role blends deep technical leadership with ownership of the full FPGA development cycle from architecture to integration.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on FPGA design and verification
Define logical architecture and verification methodologies
Foster technical growth and continuous learning within the team
Set structured development processes and reusable IP libraries
Drive innovation in FPGA design and hardware-level cybersecurity
Collaborate closely with system, software, and hardware engineering teams
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Work with subcontractors and partners as needed
Lead recruitment and team-building efforts.

B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Extensive experience in FPGA development within Embedded environments
Proven track record in team leadership
Strong background in VHDL, simulation tools (e.g., Modelsim), and FPGA platforms (e.g., Xilinx, Altera)
Experience in complex system integration involving firmware, hardware, and software
Familiarity with ARM-based architectures, soft-core processors (NIOS, MicroBlaze), and digital communication protocols is a plus
Location: Central Israel.
