We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Travel Management product team in Tel Aviv. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, driving product strategy, and delivering impactful solutions for our global customers. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, leveraging data and customer insights to deliver innovative products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
Develop, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Drive product features and enhancements, managing tradeoffs and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and business value.
Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their evolving needs and challenges, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams throughout all phases of product development, from ideation to launch.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions, especially in ambiguous situations.
Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and release plans.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, iterating on the product based on data and feedback.
Ensure effective stakeholder management, communicating product updates and priorities clearly across all levels of the organization.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the technology sector, ideally with SaaS or B2B/B2C products.
Proven track record of building and scaling complex, user-facing products from concept to launch, including both discovery and optimization phases.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and driving consensus.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure product success.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Passion for travel technology and a desire to make business travel better for everyone.
