Senior Automation Engineer

You will create and implement strategy for quality coordination and automation testing, as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance testing strategies for our cybersecurity solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability. You will collaborate with development teams to identify performance requirements for new features and releases, and work with them to ensure that performance issues are addressed before they impact our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical automation background, experience with performance testing tools and methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest for infrastructure components.
Drive the implementation of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to enhance test clarity and collaboration.
Architect, design, and execute large-scale automated test suites for infrastructure systems deployed on AWS.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine automation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Scale and optimize test automation infrastructure to support extensive production testing efficiently.
Monitor, analyze, and improve test results using Grafana to enhance system performance and reliability.
Provide in-depth test reports using Allure, delivering actionable insights into test coverage, results, and trends.
Troubleshoot complex issues discovered during testing and collaborate with development teams to drive quick resolutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation and infrastructure testing.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Contribute to process improvements, automation strategy enhancements, and best practice adoption across teams.
