Backend Tech Lead

We're seeking an exceptional Backend Tech Lead/Staff Backend Engineer to architect and build the foundation of our revolutionary AI-powered travel platform in Tel Aviv.

What Will You Do:
Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend services that power our AI-driven travel platform
Design and optimize data models and APIs that enable seamless integration between our AI capabilities and frontend experiences
Lead technical initiatives across the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization through production deployment
Build robust infrastructure for data processing, machine learning model integration, and real-time recommendations
Establish engineering standards for reliability, observability, security, and performance across backend systems
Mentor engineering team members and drive technical excellence across the organization.
