Dynamics System Analyst

DESCRIPTION

abra is looking for a Dynamics System Analyst to join the CRM Division as part of its Microsoft activity

Analyze and define business requirements for CRM systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce functional and technical specifications.
Configure and implement CRM components: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Business Process Flows.
Manage security roles, permissions, and team structures within the CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis – mandatory.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of core Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
Proven ability to translate business needs into system specifications and configurations.
Experience with CRM implementation, customization, and integration.
