Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations manager to oversee and streamline cross-functional workflows, manage external vendors, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced and lean environment, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector.

Internal Operations Leadership:
Build and own internal processes across R&D, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to ensure scalable, efficient workflows.
Process Design and Optimization:
Identify gaps, design structured solutions, and implement scalable operational processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and execution across teams.
Work-plan and Execution Management:
Develop, maintain, and oversee operational workplans. Ensure alignment across teams and drive consistent execution against priorities.
Cross-Functional Project Management:
Lead operational initiatives that span multiple departments, coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Vendor and Tools Management:
Oversee relationships with key external service providers and ensure the right operational tools and systems are in place to support team success.

Requirements:

Around 2 years experience in a similar position within startups-Must
Proven experience with RevOps/R&D Ops - Must
Familiarity with CRMs/ Automation tools, experience in researching, choosing and implementing tools and processes- Must
Background in SaaS or related technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Understanding of small, dynamic team structures and a preference for non-corporate, fast-moving environments.
Familiarity with data, APIs, or analytics - advantage
