Board Design Engineer

Design and develop electronic boards and hardware system architecture Lead full product lifecycle: concept, schematic, layout guidance, bring-up, and production Collaborate with software, mechanical, system, and integration teams Work closely with subcontractors and support performance analysis Participate in design reviews, system validations, and field testing Support transition from development to manufacturing Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in board-level hardware design Proficiency in analog and digital design, simulations, component selection, and layout guidance Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and integration Familiarity with EMC standards Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English Nice to have : Experience with MIL-STD standards Knowledge of FPGAs or programmable devices Team leadership or mentoring experience Ability to work with software teams and read embedded code Customer-facing experience and willingness to travel abroad
