What You’ll Do

Design and deliver beautiful, performant web pages that support key campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership.
Translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives that resonate with CISOs, security leaders, and data-forward enterprises.
Own and evolve our web design system in Figma—ensuring a consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints.
Partner with marketers, engineers, and content strategists to define page strategy, user flow, and visual execution.
Lead web-focused design projects from concept through launch, including exploration, iteration, delivery, and QA.
Identify opportunities for new sections, modules, and UX improvements across our website.
Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices in every design decision.
Use tools and automation to streamline workflows and scale our design output without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Must-Haves

 5+ years of experience designing and delivering web experiences in brand-forward, creative environments.
Expert-level Figma skills (component structure, styles, variants, libraries)
A strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JS basics and how designs translate into code
Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
Experience creating and scaling web design systems
Experience working in-house on a design, marketing, or brand team, with proven cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Demonstrates systems thinking with strong attention to detail; maintains clean, organized Figma files and precise typography.
Strong portfolio of responsive, high-conversion marketing pages, showcasing elegant UX/UI design thinking.
Proficient in visually communicating technical product features and enterprise value clearly and beautifully.
Self-driven, well-organized, and accountable, with the ability to take initiative while working closely with stakeholders.
Actively contributes to a collaborative, feedback-oriented culture with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.
Values consistency while also pushing the brand forward through fresh ideas and innovative design patterns.
