Responsibilities:
Build, maintain & strengthen partnerships with Start.io largest supply partners (SSPs & Publishers) to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, discuss strategies, and strengthen relationships.
Support the seamless integration process, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for client needs and ensuring their feedback informs product and service improvements.
Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
Represent Start.io in industry conferences.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs & ad exchanges.
Strong analytical and Operational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills; detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
Self-motivator and goal-oriented; team player with a Can-Do attitude.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and problem-solve.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Hebrew.
