As a Team Leader, you will take end-to-end ownership of a key domain within our Pricing and Rating group. You will be responsible for designing and delivering new features, driving architectural and infrastructural evolution, and ensuring production readiness. You are expected to lead both technically and organizationally, helping your team grow while maintaining high standards of engineering and delivery.
What youll do:
Lead a team of skilled engineers, providing technical guidance and people management.
Take full ownership of a critical area in our pricing and rating engine, leading both delivery and long-term direction.
Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performance components.
Coach and mentor developers, fostering both technical and leadership growth.
Promote continuous improvement of development practices, processes, and team agility.
Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive impact.
Participate in and lead high-level design and architecture discussions.
What youll do:

Requirements:
Youll do it using:
3 years of experience leading a team or acting as a technical lead with strong ownership.
Strong backend development skills in
Java
(experience in
Python
is a plus).
Hands-on experience in building performant, scalable systems.
Experience with full-stack development is an advantage.
Familiarity with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes an advantage.
Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum methodologies.
Youll excel by:
Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow your team.
Thinking and acting like an owner taking initiative and responsibility for your area.
Bringing a structured, pragmatic problem-solving approach to complex technical challenges.
