As a Software Team Leader, Your impact will be:
Lead a team of talented developers, driving the core of our product throughout its development lifecycle.
Ensure technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and on-time delivery in an agile environment.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into real customer value.
Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Forum, contributing to discussions that shape the future of our product.
Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development.
As a Software Team Leader, Your impact will be:

Requirements:
3+ years of a proven track record in leading R&D teams (Must)
5+ years of a strong track record in backend/full-stack development (Must)
Proven ability to build and scale large-scale applications in Python (Must)
Familiarity with Angular or React (Advantage)
Strong expertise in both architecture and implementation of high-scale systems
Experience in Cybersecurity, Linux, and Networking (Advantage)
Experience with on-premises systems (Advantage)
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
