This is a leadership role in our companys core AI group, which develops cutting-edge AI solutions that transform medical imaging and diagnostics. As a Team Lead in the AI Algorithm Engineering group, youll be leading a team of top-tier algorithm engineerssupporting their growth as professionals and as people, and helping build a strong, trusting, high-performing team.
Youll help shape and execute the teams roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with product and business goals. Youll also collaborate closely with product managers, clinical experts, and engineering stakeholders. While your primary focus is on people and execution, youll stay hands-on, contributing directly when needed to solve complex challenges and lead by example.

Requirements:
Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/DL algorithms, preferably with exposure to medical imaging or healthcare domains.
3+ years of experience leading algorithm teams, including mentoring, delivery ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the personal and professional growth of team members.
Proven track record of delivering AI projects to production, demonstrating real-world impact and commercial value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support and unblock others when needed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience in computer vision and/or NLP is a strong advantage.
Strong team player with a growth mindset, high ownership, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
