Real Estate Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our Global Real Estate team. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading real estate projects, managing complex processes, and tackling challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in understanding the market, reading blueprints and layouts, budget management, and negotiation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success. You will work closely on high-impact projects, ensuring they align with the company's operational needs while paying close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Check Points global offices rent including search of new offices and negotiations with landlords on new leases
Manage projects cost in a detailed aspect and ongoing monitoring of all projects related invoices and payment milestones
Maintain detailed and accurate details of all the leasing activities.
Project related presentations to companys management and ongoing detailed updates
Ongoing communication with office and country managers to ensure the highest satisfaction level from facilities
Liaise with finance team (accounting) for all payment related matters i.e invoices, refunds related to lease and construction.
Coordinate with the legal department to execute all legal documents.
Manage local and overseas construction project progress to ensure the highest level of quality
Multiple construction projects and the associated deliverables from initiation to closeout
International facilities site visits (travel required)
