Legal Counsel

LiveU is seeking a talented, highly motivated in-house legal counsel to join its legal team. LiveU is a world leader in live video solutions. As a Legal Counsel, you will be handling various legal matters of LiveU entities worldwide: Israel, US, UK, Japan, Australia and France. You will work closely and directly with different teams and stakeholders, providing business-oriented legal services. This position is based in LiveU’s HQ in Kfar Saba, Israel and reports to the General Counsel. Hybrid work model. Temporary position, maternity leave replacement (12 months).
As part of your role you will - Provide legal support to LiveU entities worldwide. - Work closely across multiple departments such as sales, procurement and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters. - Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements. - Create and maintain standard templates. - Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies. - Collaborate and build valuable relationships across the company, including with outside counsels in multiple jurisdictions. - Support, implement and improve internal processes and procedures, including AI and compliance. - Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
