Were seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with strong project management skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid Maternity Leave Replacement Location: Central Israel
?Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational availability and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, including coordination with external contractors
* Investigate and troubleshoot system issues through log analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams
* Develop and implement cross-organizational workflows to ensure high service availability
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data -driven decision-making ( BI experience not required, but analytical skills are essential)

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Technical Support (Tier 2 or higher), including log reading and structured troubleshooting
* Advanced Excel skills
* High-level English (written and spoken)
* Strong analytical skills, including trend identification and comparative analysis
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and report creation
