Were looking for a hands-on SEM Manager to own and manage our global search marketing campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.

What you'll do:
Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of global SEM campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI, with clearly defined success metrics.
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign performance and continuously integrate innovative search strategies.
Manage multilingual and multicultural campaign strategies, ensuring localization and relevance across global markets.
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product marketing, and global teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing global SEM campaigns.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming the search industry.
Proficiency in AI-driven marketing, with hands-on experience using machine learning and automation tools.
Experience managing campaigns across multiple languages and regions.
Strong analytical skillscomfortable with data, reporting, and translating insights into performance improvements.
Excellent communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience in ad tech / the mobile marketing ecosystem or using us in the past
Introduced by a team member.
