A fast-growing fintech startup (confidential) is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join its R D team in Tel Aviv. Requirements:
Build and maintain backend systems in a production environment
Develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs
Optimize SQL database performance and architecture
Collaborate across teams in Israel and the U.S.
Contribute to a dynamic, innovation-first development culture
Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
At least 2 years with Django, or 3+ years with Flask/FastAPI
Industry experience only (no personal/academic projects)
Strong SQL skills (design, optimization)
Experience with RESTful APIs, Celery, Redis
