We are looking for a talented and business-minded Legal Counsel to take part in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The role focuses on commercial legal work and offers room for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, services, procurement, licensing, and partnership contracts.

-Provide clear and practical legal advice to cross-functional teams.

-Support global business operations and ensure legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

-Collaborate with teams in Israel and abroad in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements:
-Qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.

-Graduate of a leading academic institution required.

-Background in the high-tech department of a top-tier law firm or from the legal department of a tech company strong advantage.

-Substantial hands-on experience with commercial agreements and business negotiations.

-Full professional fluency in English must.

-Independent, proactive, and a true team player with strong interpersonal and business-oriented skills.
