FsTeam Leader (Node+ React)

DESCRIPTION

abra R&D Solutions is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to manage a development team and lead the design of complex web-based data processing systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and mentor a skilled team of developers and QA testers, fostering a dynamic and efficient work environment.
Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge technological projects.
Actively participate in the development of advanced web applications and solutions.
Work closely with various departments to design and implement customized technological solutions.
Uphold high standards in architecture, coding practices, and the adoption of new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a development team.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in web and application development.
Proven experience with React.js
Strong backend development skills with Node.js
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and modern development workflows.
Strong expertise in CI/CD methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

Experience with Strapi or similar tools.
Proficiency in TypeScript.
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Working with RESTful APIs.
Experience with Nginx.
