we are a fast-growing SaaS startup at the intersection of food tech and AI, is looking for a talented and driven Product Designer to join as our first in-house UX / UI expert. Reporting directly to the CPO, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our product experience, working closely with developers, customers, and external design partners. This is a unique opportunity to lead design in a high-impact environment and help define the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end UX / UI design process for our SaaS product, from ideation to execution.
* Conduct user research, including interviews, demos, and usability testing with customers and end-users.
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
* Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
* Set up and implement design tools, workflows, and methodologies.
* Work with external design partners as needed, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
* Break down complex product features into revenue-generating opportunities and user-centric solutions.
* Contribute to Product Strategy and ideation, working alongside product leadership to shape the roadmap.
* Establish and maintain a robust design system, evolving our visual language as the product grows.
* Introduce and champion best practices in design thinking, UX research, and agile methodologies.
* Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate and enhance the design process.

Requirements:
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX and UI for SaaS products- preferably in startup environments.
* Demonstrated leadership and ownership of the design process, ideally as a first designer.
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies where rapid iteration is essential.
* Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped products.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and customers.
* Expert proficiency in Figma is a must.
* Hands-on experience with modern design tools and AI-powered design platforms- preferred ((e.g., Replit, Lovable)
* Proven ability to set up and scale design systems and methodologies.
