Technical Recruiter Position at Asio Technologies
A leading defense company based in Kfar Saba is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team.
Were seeking a sharp, driven professional with a true passion for recruitment and a deep
understanding of the software and development world

What will you do?
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech positions
Work closely with hiring managers and deeply understand their technological needs
Publish job openings, source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
Conduct in-depth interviews and accompany candidates throughout the entire hiring process until signing

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment must
Proven experience recruiting software roles must
Familiarity with the defense/cleared recruitment ecosystem advantage
Good level of English
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Location: Kfar Saba (on-site only)
Security clearance significant advantage
