Data Solutions Architect

We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to simplify, innovate, and transform complex systems into streamlined, adaptable, and intelligent applications that meet cutting-edge business needs. The ideal individual will be self-motivated and adept at addressing the data requirements of diverse teams, systems, and products. This role offers the opportunity to optimize and reimagine customers' data infrastructure, designing and scaling systems that power next-generation products and GenAI technologies. A strong focus on ensuring data quality, security, and governance across the organization is essential.
Responsibilities:
Support sales processes by designing and delivering agile data and AI projects in collaboration with the account managers, project managers, and delivery managers .
Lead strategic discussions with business stakeholders to understand organizational data needs and identify opportunities to derive actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and aligning data strategies with business objectives.
Own the technical solutions for data, analytics, AI, and ML projects.
Build POCs for customers (hands-on).
Deliver top-quality design and architecture documents to our customers.
Build and control training plans for the team members towards new technologies required for future projects.
