* Work as part of a small agile development team, under the? global development department
* Use advanced technologies and tools such as? JAVA /Kotlin, Spring, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenAI, paid AI development tools.
Responsibilities
* Lead task breakdown and architecture design for new features.
* Develop, TEST, and deploy solutions using industry-standard tools.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Collaborate with other Lead Developers on product architecture decisions.

5+ years of experience Software Engineering 4+ years of development experience with JAVA /Kotlin.
* Proficiency in Spring Framework.
* Hands-on experience using Hibernate, jOOQ or similar framework.
* Hands-on experience with async service architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar products.
* Good understanding of security flows in service architectures using OAuth, SAML, or similar protocols.
* Nice to have Tech Leads skills.
* Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like JIRA, etc.
* Conversational English level.
