We are seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting for a group of international companies across multiple regions This role will play a key part in financial reporting and control, and driving business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, and a proven ability to manage financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a finance team in Israel.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and variance of reports.
Support financial operations across multiple business units.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Optimize cash flow, and financial controls.
Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.
Drive automation and efficiency improvements in financial processes.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting- a must.
Big 4 experience with 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
Experience with managing a team of 3-5 employees.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
Conduct ongoing controls over bookkeeping for companies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and great communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
English-High level
