We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hands-On Software Architect to join our AI Cloud Networking team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate technologist with a deep understanding of AI, cloud computing, and networking principles.
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that enable seamless AI workloads across cloud environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain robust software architectures for AI cloud networking solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, etc.
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into cloud networking solutions, such as intelligent traffic routing, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
Meet aggressive high-efficiency and high-performance targets, by innovating, designing and implementing new network technologies, while leveraging co-design of hardware and software, and utilizing our array of smart device hardware offloading capabilities
Propose strategies and tactics to promote the AI cloud's next-gen networking projects.

Requirements:
BS or MS or PhD degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
Proven experience in the design and development of AI-powered networking solutions
Extensive network acceleration knowledge: TCP/IP optimization, RoCE/RDMA, DPDK, eBPF, etc.
Experience with Network virtualization (hypervisor, VM switching, etc.)
Self-driven, can do attitude, ability to make sense-of and achieve good progress-with ambiguous requirements
Excellent communication / inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Open Source Software Contributor to relevant projects (OvS, DPDK, Linux Kernel..)
Experience with performance analysis of large scale cloud based application system.
Experience with advanced HW offload features (OvS, Security, etc.) over SmartNics
Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their networking capabilities.
Ability to integrate innovations with current products.
