Technology Innovation & Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Innovation & Research Assistant to join the Technology Planning team at a leading tech company.
This role is ideal for a junior professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent English communication skills, and a background in computer architecture technology or research. The assistant will support the Technology Planning Manager in managing technological research projects, organizing and synthesizing large volumes of technical data, and assisting in administrative and strategic project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing, filtering, and synthesizing large sets of data and research materials (academic papers, market trends, meta-analyses) related to technological innovation, emerging tech trends, and organizational development.
Create clear, structured, and well-edited summaries and presentations for internal use.
Help track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications across teams.
Support preparation and participation in international meetings, with an emphasis on professionalism in global settings, especially with partners in China.
Coordinate logistical and administrative elements of innovation and R&D projects.
Monitor industry and academic developments relevant to cloud infrastructure, AI, data systems, and organizational tech tools.
Maintain high-quality communication (written and verbal) in English, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simplified, impactful manner.
