Edikted is a global fashion brand, driven by creativity, innovation, and passion. As we continue to rapidly grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires a practical mindset, and a deep understanding of commercial law in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including franchise, supplier, and lease agreements
- Provide legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions
- Support the business expansion into new markets, including setting up local entities, regulatory issues, and structuring partnerships
- Advise business teams on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Stay current on legal developments

Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer (license to practice in Israel)
- 6+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience
- Proven experience working on international matters
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively to non-lawyers
- Business-minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
