We are a fast-growing startup in the Digital Health domain, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to transform patient care and clinical processes. We are looking for a hands-on, experienced technical leader to join our core team and play a key role in driving our technological roadmap and execution.
Responsibilities:
Technical Architecture & Feature Planning: Define infrastructure-level and data features, and foundational processes to support product scalability. AI & Prompt Engineering: Design and define advanced AI flows, including prompt engineering and integration with internal systems. Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features. Database & Infrastructure Collaboration: Work closely with our Database and DevOps teams to define and evolve data models. Technical Client Interaction: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, locally and globally. Act as a technical expert in complex client-facing AI projects.

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in software architecture, AI integration, or technical leadership roles.
* Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably MySQL/MariaDB.
* Proven experience in AI product development and advanced prompt engineering with various LLM models.
* Experience managing infrastructure and DevOps environments (AWS/GCP, hybrid networks).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English must be comfortable presenting to clients.
* Experience working in or with healthcare startups is a strong advantage
