We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Director of Architecture to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology. Key Responsibilities:
Define, design, and maintain the architecture vision and roadmap for the platform.
Lead a modernization program, shaping the architecture and design of our new technology stack.
Drive the evolution of our existing platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience.
Establish and enforce architecture principles and best practices across the organization.
Manage and mentor teams of functional and technical architects.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure high-quality execution of architectural designs.
Work with Product Management to align architectural strategies with business goals.
Partner with key stakeholders across the company (e.g., Professional Services, Solutions, Customer Support, Finance) on major initiatives.
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing architecture team.
Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Research and adopt new technologies, driving innovation within the organization.
Champion the adoption of AI technologies across all aspects of our platform and operations.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a high-scale SaaS development environment.
Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
Proven track record of architecting large-scale, cloud-native, distributed systems from scratch.
Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in developing complex, high-performance software systems.
End-to-end expertise in web application development, with an emphasis on server-side architecture.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core (highly preferred).
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
Strong background in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience designing high-throughput, low-latency, mission-critical systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with executives, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Passion for mentoring and developing top-tier architecture talent.
Sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality solutions.
