DevOps Engineer

Upstream is looking for a talented hands-on and experienced DevOps Engineer to join Upstream’s operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of production environments, monitoring them in real-time, and proactively identifying service interruptions.

You will develop and maintain infrastructure tools to improve operational efficiency and ensure the scalability and performance of our systems.

This role is full-time and is Herzliya, Israel.

Requirements:

5+ years of SRE / DevOps Engineer experience
Experience working with Kubernetes, Gitops, Docker in Production systems is a must
Experience working with Linux systems - high level of scripting in Bash / Python
Experience with implementations in a SaaS/PaaS architectures
Experience with Terraform/Terragrunt
3+ years of experience in AWS / Azure / GCP
Understanding of microservices concepts
Experience with OpenShift operators
Experience working with helm
Experience with monitoring systems (Preferably Datadog)
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
Experience working with MySQL and PostgreSQL
Motivated, service-oriented, fast learner, and independent
A team player, with excellent collaboration skills
