We're on the hunt for a full-time Commercial Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team based in Tel Aviv. What you will be doing?
* Partner closely with our Sales and Business teams to support deal-making and drive growth.
* Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams on vendor agreements and procurement-related matters.
* Lead negotiations and draft a variety of commercial contracts.
* Review and revise customer templates, terms and conditions, NDAs, and other legal documents.
* Opportunity to engage in additional legal areas depending on business needs, which may include intellectual property, privacy, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.

Requirements:
* A licensed attorney with 2 - 4 years of post-internship experience, either in-house at a tech company or at a leading law firm.
* Strong background in commercial law, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
* Knowledge of intellectual property lawespecially in the context of media, licensing, or softwareis a strong plus.
* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
* Comfortable working with legal and business technology tools.
