What Youll Be Doing:
Campaign Coordination Support Help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and events, from logistics to execution.
Day-to-Day Project operations - Assist with managing the marketing calendar, timelines, and checklists to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.
Content & Asset Prep - Work on adapting and preparing marketing assetslike landing pages, email copy, social posts, and presentationsfor various campaigns and local markets.
Event & Webinar Support - Assist the marketing team with physical and virtual events by managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the experience and execution is flawless.
Cross-Team Collaboration - Be a bridge between the marketing team and other internal departments like creative, digital, and content.
Part-Time & Student-Friendly: This is a part-time roleperfect for students in their final year who want to kickstart their marketing career while still hitting the books. Around 15 hours a week, with flexibility built in.
