In this role, you'll work on impactful, high-visibility projects, shaping and optimizing our ServiceNow ecosystem to support business needs and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build robust solutions using ServiceNow APIs (REST), server- and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Builder.
Create and maintain scoped applications, enhancing functionality and performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow implementations.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong emphasis on Service Portal and Front-End customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive UI / UX design.
Solid understanding of ITSM, CSM, and other out-of-the-box (OOB) ServiceNow modules.
Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
