Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to align R D with commercialization needs
Vice President of Research Development to lead our scientific and engineering innovation efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the R D strategy and executionfrom early discovery through prototyping and transfer to product development. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of chemists, materials scientists, and engineers to drive breakthrough advances in electrochemical technologies.
