In this key role, you will be solving architectural and engineering challenges, and mentoring development teams in their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
Researching new technologies and adapting them for use in the company
Be the go-to person for the most difficult problems.
Technically mentor team members, review code and provide feedback
Leading software standards and best practices for teams.
Design and develop microservices using the newest methodologies
Collaborate with various stakeholders - product management, security researcher, other R&D groups in the company and more.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on technical leadership as a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead
10+ years of hands-on programming experience in backend development. Were using Java, Go, Play framework, Spring boot, SQL, etc.
Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with different relational and non relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse is an advantage.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and DataDog is an advantage
A team player with excellent collaboration skills
Able to self-learn new skills and technologies
Motivated, a fast learner, independent, and great at problem-solving
BSc. degree in Computer Science.
