abra is Hiring – Dynamics CRM Team Lead for a Strategic Defense Project We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics CRM Team Lead to join a mission-critical project in the defense sector. This role involves leading a development team, designing and implementing advanced CRM solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. ?? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional leadership for the Dynamics CRM development team.
* Plan and implement technological solutions based on business requirements.
* Develop customizations, UI components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
* Promote development standards, code quality, and version control practices.
* Collaborate with system analysts, project managers, and QA teams.
* Maintain and continuously improve the system, including troubleshooting and quick issue resolution.
* Implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as needed.
* Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and provide technical guidance to the team.

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
* Proficiency in developing Plugins and Custom Workflows using C#.
* Experience with JavaScript, Web Resources, and HTML.
* Strong knowledge of REST APIs and external system integrations.
* Experience with Power Platform – Power Automate / Power Apps.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control tools.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong leadership, self-learning ability, and system-level thinking. ?? Interpersonal Skills:
* Team player with the ability to lead and mentor others.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
* High service orientation and strong problem-solving capabilities.
