abra is Hiring – CRM Dynamics Project Manager for a Strategic Defense Project We are looking for an experienced and driven CRM Dynamics Project Manager to lead a large-scale implementation project in the defense sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact initiative within a dynamic and professional environment. ?? Job Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including implementation or upgrade of platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP CRM, and others.
* Manage cross-functional interfaces with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
* Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure successful delivery.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee system customization and integration.
* Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including implementation or upgrade of platforms such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP CRM, and others.
* Manage cross-functional interfaces with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
* Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure successful delivery.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee system customization and integration.

* At least 5 years of proven experience managing CRM projects.
* Deep understanding of CRM systems, including requirement gathering, customization, and integration.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to bridge between business and technology.
* Hands-on experience with project management tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server).
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex interfaces. ?? Key Skills:
* Leadership and ownership mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage full project lifecycle.
* Experience in large organizations – defense sector experience is a significant advantage.
