Web and Animation Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer specializing in web and animation to join our marketing team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling and interactive content tailored for B2B high-tech companies. As a member of the marketing team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for executing marketing and communications materials inspired by the companys marketing strategy and aligned with the brand language across all our marketing channels, including web, mobile, social, email, and print. Work closely with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visuals. You will also collaborate with the video team to create various videos, including motion graphics and animated tutorials. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, a team player, and able to respond quickly to multiple project needs, bringing experience and excellence across multiple platforms and mediums.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality creative projects from start to finish to support the full range of the companys marketing needs, including:
Web pages: creating web designs from the wireframe stage to a fully functional webpage using webpage builders (WordPress/Webflow)
Creating high-end motion graphics, animations, videos, and animated tutorials
High-quality graphics and animation tailored for social media, email campaigns, and live events
Content marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, whitepapers) and presentations, including PowerPoint design templates and infographics
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop compelling motion content
Drive creativity to the next level across all marketing materials in terms of quality, design, layout, color, typography, and brand consistency
Collaborate with other graphic design team members to ensure consistency of designs across all marketing projects
Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, especially in AI and emerging tech
Manage and deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines.
