Requirements:
Senior Algorithm Developer Image Processing & Computer Vision (5588) We are looking for a senior Algorithm engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions in the fields of image processing and computer vision, as part of a multidisciplinary electro-optical systems team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize algorithms for detection, tracking, and classification in real-world conditions
Lead algorithmic design from concept to implementation in MATLAB / Python / C ++
Perform performance evaluation and comparative analysis
Collaborate with system, hardware, and integration teams
Support lab and field testing, including experiment design and data analysis
Apply classical approaches and Machine Learning tools for performance enhancement Requirements: BSc in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field required
MSc an advantage
7+ years of hands-on experience in classical image processing required
Solid background in statistics, estimation theory, and signal processing
Experience with multi-sensor data fusion strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
