Director of Product Management

We are looking for a Director of Product Management.
The ideal candidate is passionate about propelling our development and deployment processes forward, using automation, adopting best practices, and the latest cloud and container orchestration technologies. This role is tailor-made for those who can hands-on technical expertise and a team-oriented approach to elevate our DevOps operations and weave DevOps methodologies throughout our software development lifecycle. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing multiple products and leading a team of high-performing product managers. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer requirements. Additionally, you will oversee work with R&D, ensuring best practices in product development processes are implemented and set and uphold a high standard of product professionalism. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership and execution abilities, and deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS. Domain knowledge in Compliance, risk management, or data-driven products is an advantage.

What Youll Do:
Lead & Mentor the Product Management Team Manage, coach, and grow a team of product managers, ensuring high performance and standards, and a strong product culture.
Define & Execute Product Roadmap Own the product vision and roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with R&D, Data Science, GTM and CX teams to drive product execution and market adoption.
Customer-Centric Approach Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points and present our value
Drive Innovation & Differentiation Identify and develop unique selling propositions (USPs) that enhance our market position
Product Delivery & Execution Ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, defining clear success metrics, prioritizing deliverables, and removing blockers to meet aggressive timelines.
Stakeholder Management Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and impact, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success/operation to define product messaging, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
