You will be responsible for identifying and managing international tender opportunities, crafting compelling responses, and producing professional written materials that elevate our brand and offering. Key Responsibilities Tender and RFP Management: Identify relevant global tenders, evaluate requirements, and manage the end-to-end submission process. Content Development: Create and edit written content for tender documents, capability statements, project case studies, and other operational materials. Proposal Writing: Develop clear, persuasive, and tailored proposal responses that align with client expectations and CyberPro.AIs strategic goals. Pricing and Budget Collaboration: Work closely with finance and delivery teams to build competitive pricing models and detailed budget estimations. Process Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and international teams to gather technical input, legal documents, and certifications required for submissions. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the cyber and training sectors to inform tender strategy and positioning.
