Our client is an AI-powered visual fleet management platform for commercial shipping companies.
Using computer vision technology, our system connects onboard cameras to shore-based teams, enabling Real-Time visibility into vessel operations.
The platform helps identify safety risks, improve operational efficiency, and support data -driven decision-making by combining video analytics, AI insights, and benchmarking tools across the fleet.
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering team lead to head the Shore team the team building our core product: a Real-Time SaaS platform that gives shore-based teams full visibility into whats happening at sea.
This is one of the most impactful roles within the business, with direct influence on our product, our customers, and the future of the maritime industry.As Engineering team lead, you'll work closely with Product, DevOps, QA, data and AI teams to shape a product thats deeply connected to users' daily operations.
Youll lead a growing team of strong engineers ( backend & frontend, Israel and offshore), own both feature development and platform evolution, and help define the engineering culture.
