The Local Procurement Specialist is in charge of leading the sourcing activities for the Country for all Categories, in collaboration with the Region Procurement Manager.
Perform local communication on new contracts.
Lead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the Group guidelines.
Analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations, and possible innovations.
Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests' synergies.
Lead negotiations with the Suppliers to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI)
Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define the relationship type to set up with key suppliers.
Build and maintain supplier relationships that generate value for both the company and the suppliers over time

Requirements:
Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science, or similar) requested
At least 2-6 years of experience working in procurement
Successful track record and development potential
Working experience in a cross-cultural environment in a matrix organization is preferable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is a plus
Hebrew advanced proficiency in English
Mastering procurement techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management
Knowledge of Indirect categories
An analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
