We're looking for a Full Stack team lead to take full ownership of a strategic, customer-facing project in collaboration with one of the Top 5 companies in the world. You'll lead the design and development of a product being built almost entirely from scratch In this role you will define architecture, influence product decisions, and set the technical direction for a critical system. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of both the technical and functional roadmap. Requirements:
Responsibilities: Lead and own the full lifecycle of the product - from design, architecture, and planning to development and delivery.
* Build and manage a small, focused team of developers, fostering a high-ownership and impact-driven culture.
* Collaborate closely with external partners and stakeholders to align development with customer needs and business priorities.
* Introduce automations and tooling improvements to optimize team performance and product quality.
* Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to prioritize features and translate requirements into technical solutions Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally as a Full Stack team lead. Hands-on development skills - with deep backend expertise ( Python or Node.js and related frameworks) and solid frontend capabilities. Strong AWS experience - including infrastructure setup, scalability, deployment, and ongoing management.
* Proven ability to define system architecture, lead design decisions, and set engineering standards.
* Comfortable in customer-facing environments - able to translate real-world needs into product and technical priorities.
* A builder's mindset - passionate about creating products from scratch, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems. Nice to Have:
* Background in video streaming, image processing, or large-scale content platforms. Video Quality & Formats: Understanding of video quality assessment and various video formats Why Join Us?
