Role Overview:
We're looking for a data -driven, creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and scale our D2C operations. You'll manage a substantial marketing budget while developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize a $10M+ annual marketing budget across multiple digital channels Drive end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic Develop and optimize the full-funnel marketing strategy Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new growth channels Build and analyze complex data sets to inform marketing decisions Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists
