On your day to day
In this role, you'll lead a strong development team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll drive high-performance, maintainable web applications while defining architecture, scalability, and feature strategies. Beyond development, you'll oversee sprints, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to align business needs with engineering goals. Requirements:
Solid knowledge of backend development: infrastructure, DB modeling, architecture, API planning, scalability, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of software architecture (monolithic, microservices, event-driven, serverless, etc.).
Thorough knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js, working with MongoDB.
Ability to manage multiple requesters and priorities, balancing trade-offs and bringing innovative solutions.
A natural leader who leads by example, enjoys being hands-on, mentoring, and building strong teams.
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English.
