15+ years in system /board design for complex hardware products
8+ years of experience managing technical teams in the hardware domain
Deep hands-on experience with high-speed PCB design, power delivery, and system bring-up
Strong understanding of RTL integration (FPGA/CPLD), Embedded systems, and high-volume manufacturing
Exceptional leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus if you bring experience in data center switch products, high-speed (25Gb/s+) design, or advanced PCB technologies.
