Compliance Data Analyst

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and cooperate with other teams and departments to support the monitoring and fraud prevention processes of the Compliance department.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Compliance & Risk, data research, online payments or related eCommerce fields.What you'll be spending your time on:Perform Risk qualitative investigations, reviews and analysesDraw conclusions based on research of multiple data sets and user behaviorConduct research and provide data-driven analytical/risk insightsCommunicate the review findings, take risk related decisions and act upon themWork closely with other teams, groups and departments to support the development of risk-related tools, processes and products to improve monitoring mechanismsContribute to end to end data product planning to support the analytical needs of the customers.For this role you are also:Solid analytical skills, fast learnerFlexible attitude and ability to cope with changing requirementsA team player with strong cross-group collaborationHighly motivated, a can-do approach, committed, positive attitude and career orientedPays attention to small details and yet see the big pictureThe ability to work independently with a strong drive for resultsStrong command of Excel and other MS Office Suite tools (Outlook, Word, etc.)Good communication skills, both written and verbalHave you done this kind of stuff?Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience1-2 years experience as a Data AnalystExperience with qualitative analysis/investigations to identify trends and patternsExperience with data research of high scale data setsSQL ProficiencyProven critical thinking, problem-solving & self-learning skillsProven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)Excellent written and spoken EnglishNot a must but a great advantage:Working in various environments (MSSQL, AWS, Google BQ.)Experience in frontend development (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)Experience in online risk or fraud prevention or e-commerce or online payments#LI-Hybrid
