About the Role:
Continuously improving User Experience for our donor relations teams in Israel and the US
Maintaining data quality, reliability and consistency across salesforce
Producing dashboards, reports and analytics to inform our fundraising strategy
Identifying and advancing areas for improvement and further development in salesforce
Leading end to end projects, including: creating project scope and outline, implementing, performing a QA process, and working with SF administrators and developers when needed for implementations
Serving as the primary point of contact for all salesforce development requests from fundraising colleagues in Israel and the US
salesforce Administrator Certification
2+ years of experience administering salesforce
Strong technical understanding of salesforce, especially as deployed in NPSP
Experience providing support to all kinds of users (e.g., from entry-level staff to senior leadership)
Knowledge of data integrity within salesforce and familiarity with strategies to drive data quality
Experience in SF apps and integrations to other platforms
Skills in building reports and developing dashboards
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Google Workspace proficiency
Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
Prioritization skills and composure when juggling multiple demands
English and Hebrew fluency
This is a hybrid role, with remote work 4 days a week. The role requires willingness to work some evenings
