Youll help support customers ordering through major brands like Walmart, Jersey Mikes, and Papa Johns, all while working remotely. What Youll Do:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues with empathy.

Requirements:
What Were Looking For:
* 12 years of customer support or service experience.
* Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
* Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus. Three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday.
